Visited the Hialeah office with my Godson, the amount of patients that they bring to the office is unreal. They were mostly older people even some with disabilities and in wheelchairs, they bring them by the bus load, they give everyone the same appointment time, there were no chairs for all of us to sit. We saw Dr. Andres Cortes, and after being seen two hours after the appointment time, the doctor did not give us the time my godson deserved, since he is blind in one eye and almost blind in the other one. After a short five minutes, when we had more questions, he had the nerve to tell us that he needed to hurry because he had 40 other patients to see. The nerve of him, my godson deserved his time and he did not give it to him. Also, when we first arrived, I specifically asked if we were going to receive color pictures of his retina, since he in the process of being admitted to a gene cell study in another state and that doctor needs to see pictures first. After a lot or arguments with the office manager, we were given black and white copies, which is not what we asked for. When I asked if the originals that their computer had in color could be emailed, the office manager stated she did not know how to do this, and was going to get back at us. It has been 2 weeks, no emails. Stay away from this place, unless you want to be treated like if you are in a third world country and like cattle, not humans.
