Located off 103st and the Palmetto, this nice Cuban restaurant serves be breakfast or lunch just about every day. You can park on either side of the restaurant, and is located on the corner of side streets in Hialeah. Running late? Not a problem, just call in ahead of time or stop by the outside window for faster service. If given the time to go in for your meal, you may sit at one of the tables or at the bar. The place was recently remodeled, and looks nice inside. Juke box playing salsa or other Latin music is in the corner, check it out. Breakfast– Everything is delicious; I have seen or tried just about everything they offer. They make fresh juices, café con leche, tostada, colada, sausages and much more, ya tu sabes! Lunch — I usually go with the pan con bistec, or the pollo con bistec if I’m going to pick up. If eating inside the ropa vieja, bistec con arroz, pollo con arroz, or any of the daily specials will not only be good, but cheap, fast and filling as well. The place is owned by a woman and run by women, and let me tell you one thing about these women, ño! Great service, good music, and traditional, filling Cuban food.
