Unfortunately I’m updating this review for the worse. After my first experience I was thrilled to return to this location but overall it’s sad to say there’s never any help. The employees were not welcoming and seemed bothered to be asked questions. I made a purchase a bit over $ 6,000 her and when I went back for help no one was to be found. I then asked an employee for help and she said I had to find someone myself because she had no radio. Very unprofessional!
The only reason I kept it at 3 stars was because of the first time, and because at the end of the day when I did find help he was amazing (Elvis)
They should be thankful they still have employees like Elvis there. He was very helpful all day. From the moment I called earlier that day and when I actually asked for help. Thank you Elvis !
First timer and I have definitely recommended them already. They don’t always approach and greet you but when I needed help they were definitely there. Very friendly staff and affordable ! Everything was very easy and simple to find. The cashier was very friendly as well and explained their payment plans available even without us asking. We used them for the bathroom and we will definitely be back when it’s time to remodel the entire house !

The tile selection is great. But the staff is rude and unhelpful. Had to wait over 30 mins for help. People I would ask for help, would tell me to wait for a few minutes and go off to help someone who had just arrived. Managers have no control over employees and seem to walk around more confused than customers.

Great tile selection, although I didn’t buy my tile here the staff was always very helpful.

From the entrance the staff was very helpful and greeted us with their service. We went to pick up some tyles from our bathroom SNF they have a big selection of tyles all over.

The manager was every nice and sent me a text apologizing, and offer me a rebate. She was on top of fixing the problem. If you have any problems with them talk to the manager. But i still don’t know why they tolk my car tag when I did get the material. I have never had any one do that in my life. It made me feel like I was Stelling some thing, but besides that they made me feel better. good job to the manager.

This has been the worst experience I have had with any business. Not only is there store super under staffed, there warehouse is as well, the wait to pick up product is about two hours. Not to mention if you want deliver its minimum 10 days out. I would not recommend this company at all, save your self the frustration, nothing is worth your sanity. The call center is also under staffed and they usually take for ever to answer. Deliver service is horrible they tell you a date and do not advice you that your order is not coming in full, so expect different delivers.

These people are beyond horrible. THEY miscalculated the amount of tile my project requires. Yes… These fools sold me 10SF (not the 95SF I requested) of travertine for a shower project. It’s so comical, that I am laughing even though I’m extremely annoyed at their inability to fix it! Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the error until I got home and scrutinized my receipt. I called immediately and they told me no problem, call on Monday and speak to Corneal?. Well, after 7 phone calls, and 20+ minutes on hold, the mysterious Corneal hasn’t been located yet. If a simple problem like this can’t be addressed, I don’t need to spend my $$$ here! I’m done. Thank God the order was for pick up and since I didn’t take anything home with me, they can keep that order. I’ve notified my credit card company so they can dispute the charges, and I will now buy my tile elsewhere! I regret not checking Unilocal before driving to BFE Hialeah! The old adage «you get what you pay for» applies here!

Good selection, decent prices. CRAP service. ONE cashier on a Saturday with a line of people waiting… ridiculous

I’m in the home remodeling /​rehabbing field and I was thoroughly impressed with the competitive prices and attentive service I received. I was helped by one of their on site interior designer (Maurice). My transaction was a breeze and I walked out spending half of what I would have spent at my usual supply place! Would totally recommend and if at all possible deal with Maurice.

Ronaldo… class action lawsuit. I wish everyone would come forward. This is so disruptive and frustrating and they don’t care!

Horrible experience, workers don’t know what they are doing, 3 cashiers needed for every transaction. Slow, lazy, careless… I mean, when the cashier is multiplying instead of dividing to get the number of boxes needed then you know you are in the wrong place. Think about it, the cashier can’t even do math. Do yourself a favor and drive 30 miles north to the Pompano Beach store, its twice as big, twice the variety, with more/​better employees.

This flooring outlet store has a huge variety of products at discounted prices. We ended up not buying there because the marble or travertine floors we liked were not even, or they didn’t have the amount we needed.

I would give the store itself 4 – 5 stars, but since they recommend installation services with Chris Burke Inc, I had to drop it down to 2 stars. The materials are great from the store, but I would never ever in my life recommend Chris Burke Inc — which is the sole contracted company with Floor and Décor — to do the installation. My projected 5 day floor installation became a 3 week nightmare from missing tiles, beer cans in my living room, and poor installation overall. The problem is you are getting a sub — sub — sub contractor. They are not just doing your job and getting it done, but thinning themselves over multiple jobs — hence the lengthy time to finish. I am still to this day (about 2 months after completion), dealing with major cracks in the grout! The tile itself is nice, grout color nice, but if you can’t have it installed properly there is no sense. So, go to the store, get the supplied, but get yourself an installer you trust and know! The managers of the store are great and friendly. They helped me out a lot when I had to go back and buy more tiles after the installers broke/​lost/​who knows what with the overage I had to purchase!!!
