I was disappointed with the flowers delivered yesterday to La Paz Funeral Home in Miami. I was not present, but, everyone else in the family and friends were there.
To start with I ordered the Gentle thoughts Deluxe Spray, it is supposed to be in a subtle, cream pastel colors, it was a totally different arrangement.
I filed my complaint, and Janella Alfonzo answered investigated and found out that a miss up had occurred gracefully apologized and refunded the cost.
I thank Janella for her professionalism and I understand that miss up in business can happen. I recommend this merchant even though we had a problem.
