Credit Union banks do carry some advantages but with this bank convenience is not one of them. Their hours are odd and there are not many bank branches. Now, the service could be way better and the manager Sheila, is not easy to deal with, she’s not friendly nor that helpful. She never return phone calls when you leave a message. Some of the tellers are nice. The 2 stars are contributed to the atmosphere, the cleanliness, their ROTH IRA account set up and their morning coffee and cookies.
**Note: If you want to open a savings and local IRS account this place is a nice place to start but for friendliness and convenience just got to Chase… their easier!
So, check it… I have a few accounts here and their ATM card sometimes decline for no reason. And their ATM machines are complex to use. However, their complex systems make it easy Not to come here and not to touch your savings account and actually save money!
