Kiddie Academy of Miami Lakes

I seriously can’t say enough about how much I love this school! Both of my kids have attended Kiddie Academy of Miami Lakes VPK program. My son is still currently attending. After researching the other centers in the area there was clearly no better choice. I love the classroom settings, the ability to log in and view the cameras in the class, and knowing he is in competent, capable hands. They genuinely care and he feels loved.
Thank you Kiddie Academy! My only regret is that I don’t have anymore kids to send your way :)

I absolutely love Kiddie Academy. I feel like it is an extension of my home and family. Thank you for taking such good care of my boys and for giving them the tools to excel academically.

Kiddie Academy of Miami Lakes has gone above and beyond all of my expectations when it comes to providing my child with a safe, nurturing and fun learning environment. My son genuinely enjoys learning and there are days when I literally have to take him home in tears at the end of the day because he doesn’t want to leave school yet. The administrators and staff at Kiddie Academy of Miami Lakes truly become like an extended part of your family and I could not be happier with the quality of the service that they provide.

So when making my decision for day care, after waiting a year 1 ½ to put my son in public day care this is my horror story. I did what any parent would do researched day cares, however, none had live video cameras. So I quickly signed up excited to be able to log in and see my son at work! I went ahead and spent the extra money for the cameras. It turn out to be the biggest nightmare of my life seeing my toddler sit at a table for more than 2 hours at a time doing nothing. Every time I logged in excited to see my son, hoping to see him doing an activity I was great disappointed !!! Time and time again, every time I logged in he was sitting at the table doing nothing. There was NO teacher guiding a group activity nothing… To the point that I stopped checking in not to drive myself crazy. I spoke to director about my concerns and they didn’t seem to think their was a problem. The director explained that the children went to learning centers, if sitting at a table for 2 hours at a time is called a learning center, they are mistaken. Their lack of empty is embracing especially to me bring a 1^st time parent. In in the one month of him attend this «academy» son my son did NOT come with one piece of work, drawing, or craft things that one would except from a learning academy. In the one month of him attending the academy, there was NO evidence of learning. The office staff was friendly.
