Kids Are In

I absolutely LOVE Babi’s gift for cutting hair. I have been going to her for over 10 years and even though I’ve never lived in Hoaleah, always go there just for her. I’ve lived in NC as well as different parts of south fl, and especially when living in NC I had to cut my hair with new people bc of the distance. NC were the only ones that came kind of close in doing a decent job. I am very picky and only Babi knows how to do my hairstyles. I’ve also strayed once in a while when I see mom or sister come in with a nice cut, but get proven wrong once again in trying someone new. She is an artist at eyebrows as well, and paid dearly once before an important portrait. Eyebrows and hair are your face’s frame! I recently had a mediocre experience at a new place in Delray beach since I now live up here, and needless to say I will be having to make the hour long drive every few months to Babi. It’s almost like these «artists» as many hairdressers like to call themselves don’t really listen to what you are asking of them at the moment you are explaining what to want to them, and then just do their generic hairstyle everyone else accepts them to do. I know I never have that problem with Babi. She. Is. AWESOME!!! The ONLY reason I do not give her the 5 stars is because I always end up waiting for her no matter how long I’ve had the appointment, or if I’m the first of her appointments she is usually late. But I don’t care, I would rather wait a little and get an amazing haircut than to have the hairstylist be on time and then have crappy hair for months! Oh, and yes this is primarily a kids haircut place, but the girl I’m talking about gets all the adults. And there are alot!

I have been here three times with my kids. (7 and 1).
They have been very patient with my little man. He doesn’t cry but he is squirmy. They entertain him and make him feel happy. They never look annoyed, not even with the kids who do cry and give them a rough time.
With my little girl, they are also very good. They don’t just cut her hair, they always pick it up in a really cute way. They put little barrettes on her and make her look adorable.
Prices are very reasonable and fair.
