I never had a bad experience ever at this particular longhorn, but today was different. I had the worst service ever. It was a slow day, but the food took forever. I had to send my baked potato back because it was very cold. The waitress just kept forgetting what I wanted. There were also bugs flying around everywhere. I was not please with this visit. Please fix it.

Came here yesterday (Monday) evening and I was seated right away, it wasn’t busy but our food took forever to come out. Our waiter was good & attentive. Once the food arrived it was good. Check the pictures below.

The restaurant was not full, when we entered, the hostess was not at her station, restaurant staff passed by and no one addressed us, at least to say to wait for the hostess to sit us, or a simple, «someone will be right with you». When the hostess sat us, she forgot to place our utensils, when the bread came, we had no utensils. Our waiter was friend and attentive, but it seemed he was handling too many tables, and we had to really wait for our utensils.
Maybe a bad night, we will try it again to see, if things will change.

Service food were just all perfect and I am hard to please. Thank you for an excellent meal. We are super happy. Had New York strip with parm crust. It was just perfection!

Service was terrible. Asked for a plain sweet potato and it came with two extra toppings. A hair and butter. The food was cold. My fiancé had the steakhouse frites and it was gross. The meat was thrown on Cold fries with some garlic. It was empty on a Saturday night. I payed full price for a plate I didn’t eat because of the hair incident. Not a great experience.

Delicious food but horrendous service. You will have to wait at least 45 minutes to be seated and 20 to be served by your server.

Came at 10 pm on a Friday. The restaurant was not very full but I understand it is a busy time. It was a large party of 10 and a server came by quickly to take drink orders. 15 minutes later we had our drinks. 20 minutes later someone came by to take our order, and only after we had to ask our waiter if we could order. We ordered mostly apps and and a few entrees. It took 20 more minutes to get the food. The food itself was just as disappointing. We ordered the corn fritters and you could squeeze oil out of it. The shrimp and lobster chowder tasted like it came out of a can. The kids had mac and cheese that was clearly made in a microwave straight from a box. The sweet potato casserole is the worst I had. The «pecan and brown sugar» topping was a couple of pieces of granola and again tasted like it was from a box. The chicken fingers were acceptable, albeit bland. The special cheese and bacon drip tasted like loaded baked potato soup mix.
This is one if the worst restaurants I’ve been to in hialeah. There is no redeeming quality and I would not recommend it.

I came here on a Monday night when it wasn’t too busy and expected a good, quick dinner. What I got was a waitress that could not care less that we were there, a kitchen that works at a snails pace, and management that has no concern for their patrons.
The waitress never asked how we were throughout the dining experience. She actually never talked to us despite being next to the kitchen and passing by us every 30 seconds. Towards the end it was a game of head nod with her, no verbal communication. Her name was Denise.
The food, well, I couldn’t tell you. Simply because they took over an hour. It was a Monday, and it wasn’t busy, and yea, it was just painfully slow.
The service is what will make me not return. I will absolutely never return to this Longhorn again.

They have by far the best bread. The waiter Oly was very attentive and made sure we liked what we ordered. The steak frites is really good !

Service was so bad, food was even worse. Our food took almost 40 minutes to come out. Not to mention the server circled what she thought we should pay her of tip.

The service was horrid. Before I remember the food, I remember the service. My waiter took 15 minutes to bring me a glass of water… Seriously? Not to mention how long it took him to come to the table and take our orders. Or that he put the order in for our app and someone else took it so we had to wait for them to make us another. We were there at least 30 minutes before we even got bread to our table. Including the time it took for us to get our table we waited at least an hour before we got anything… Now… the food was good. The free honey wheat bread and butter was DELICIOUS! I had the churrasco steak and it was awesome! A little too charred but overall it was good. I had the sweet potato and fried plantains and they both were perfect. Our free appetizer the wild west shrimp was good also. I’ll be back to Longhorn but maybe not this location.

Let’s start with this. Our waiter was very friendly and I gave him a 25% tip only because of that. Now, this place needs to get it together and get people their food in a timely fashion. If the place is only a third full on a Thursday night, there is no reason that 2 steaks cooked medium rare and a salmon dish should take 45 minutes to come out! Also, I am not a fan of 6 of the 12 ounces of my steak being nothing but fat! See the picture I posted. My daughters medium rare steak was rare so again it confuses me as to why it took 45 minutes to get us our food. Ironically it only took 2 minutes to bring us the bill after we were finished with our meals. Unfortunately we will not be going back to Longhorn. Oh, and i forgot to mention that this was my daughters birthday dinner. She actually asked to go here and ended up not even able to enjoy her food. The only reason I gave the 2 stars is because the waiter was friendly.

Service is either overwhelmed or can’t multitask to save their lives.
Food was great, but cmon folks.
It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to even get a drink when the place is slow.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THIS LOCATION SMELLS LIKE MOLDY DIRTY LAUNDRY.
I came in with my boyfriend Oct 12, 2015 and waited 15 minutes at our table and decided to leave as no server ever came to greet us. I will NEVER visit this Longhorn again.

They didn’t have calamari only negative thing I have to say, but other than that my steak was perfectly cooked our waitress was very nice and attentive. I would definitely come again.

I am a big fan of Long Horn, .I was visiting my mom in Hialeah and we took our time to lunch.

I remembered when they first opened the place. It seemed like your average steak house. The drinks are good and the bread is delicious. It’s right next to olive garden. Ample parking and good customer service.

Where do I start? OK first we get there we wait to be seated, no problem. We get to our table. (table is dirty and seats are too — no problem my wife took a napkin and cleaned it).
The floors are freaking nasty. I noticed once my daughter dropped her crayons and I saw her in the floor, immediately I notice how dirty was the floor and picked up my child.
Waiter took our order, he was nice but not fast enough. Didn’t check up on us as much as the table next to US.
We ordered, we consider food took to long to get out. My wife ordered her steak we’ll done. Came out less than medium. We send it back to be cooked.
My daughters dinner when it came it was too spicy for a 3 ½ year old and my other 13 year old. They refused to even want to have even fries after there mouth was on fire. (brought it up to waiter’s attention and they just removed it from my bill) so I had to stop in McDonald’s for my girls after leaving this establishment and that really sucks, that’s why we went out for dinner.
This was my first time in a long horn restaurants and for a guy like me that loves meat this was not the experience I was waiting for. Maybe it’s the location of the store? Who knows!
Also am I missing something here? They didn’t have no a1 steak sauce? I was shocked wen waiter told me no. And I was like okkkkkkk… it’s like not having Coke or Pepsi or ketchup in a restaurant…
As a business manager myself, management should look in to this since they are deteriorating.
Wished I had read some reviews on Unilocal before going to this exact location.

This place has fallen quite a bit the last few months in terms of service and cleanliness. I visited here back in November and the food was good, place was clean. The service was mediocre, but on par for a restaurant of this style. I went last night and it was just a complete mess. The entire carpet was messy and full of trash, as were the majority of the tables (including the one we were sat down at). On top of that, the server took well over 10 minutes to come to our table to introduce herself and take our drink order. Another 15 minutes before taking our order. Then it took over 40 minutes for our food to come out. We only got one return visit from our server after the food was brought out and this was near the end of our meal.
While the restaurant wasn’t even that busy, they were clearly not staffed to the level that they should have been, but there was no attempt to make this clear (no manager came by [she was too busy talking to a group of friends], no apologies from our server about the delay. That, combined with the complete lack of care with regards to having even the minimal level of cleanliness and presentation required for a restaurant, means I will not be returning here anytime soon.
Shame, because even throughout that the food was still decent. But the whole experience was just very poor.

I go to this restaurant all the time and location in Pembroke Pines and I never have a problem
The location in Miami just flat out is no good manager Mr. Jackson used to be there but now is a new guy named Juan and it’s no better
Tonight we’re currently standing here waiting for a table it was supposed to be 10 to 15 minutes it’s been 35 so far The lady at the front can’t read or write even if you spell your name for her she will still put it under a different name so that way when they call you they called the wrong name and unfortunately you won’t be sitting for a while
The person at the front then told us our table is ready took us to a table and it was not cleaned she said it will only be a minute she will find us another one it took another 10 minutes even though there was 21 tables open
There were 13 people out front and 16 sitting inside waiting for tables
Service is the only problem here nothing else the food is great the restaurant is generally very clean and there’s no problems with any of that
