Customer service excellent, ask for Fred. He went out of his way to take the time to answer all questions, explain everything and very knowledgeable.

I went to this place because it was recommended to me due to its low prices but what a waste of time. first off the money I should have been saving I spent on gas. secondly their customer service is atrocious. having bought a pair of bates boots for my son and mistakenly getting a size too small I went to return them. the woman behind the counter at the mere mention of a return completely changed her attitude toward me and to put it nicely she was just flat out rude. and then had the audacity to tell me that the shoes that hadn’t been worn let alone touched the ground were used and scratched and refused to let me return them. so can someone tell me what I am to do with a pair of 90 dollar shoes that are too small for anyone in my home to wear? all in all will not return and do not recommend in the least bit.

Went to Lou’s today to pick up a Glock I had purchased last week. I arrived at 9am and asked for Ross, who sold me the gun 7 days ago. I told him I was also interested in buying a Colt M4 and a Mossberg 590. During the next 3 hours, he displayed incredible patience and unbelievable customer service while answering my endless questions. My nit pick, OCD personality would drive any salesman crazy, but Ross never wavered. Quite honestly, his picture should be next to the word «patience» in the dictionary. Ross went WAY above and beyond what’s expected from a sales person. He is an absolute asset to Lou’s Police Supply. I bought my last gun from Lou’s over 10 years ago at their previous location. I’ve recently been bitten by the gun bug again and Ross has given me just about the best «welcome back» experience a person could have. Thanks Lou’s and a BIG THANKS to Ross! My friends and I look forward to buying more guns from you real soon.

As you all may know. ammo is somewhat hard to find now lol. Lous had everything in stock! The staff is helpful and knowledgable. It’s a very clean shop and geared towards law enforcement so there’s always officers and military personnel on site. I highly recommend Lous for all your firearm and protective needs.

This place was usually the place to find a deal. Not any more, I just purchased a rifle and was curious about the online prices. Well I paid $ 1015 dollars with tax. Found the same exact rifle for $ 649 online. Couldn’t believe it. So I went to other online sites. And highest I found was $ 795. So a fair price would of been $ 700. Oh they don’t allow returns once you walk out the door and step foot back inside like I did. Funny, they rip you off and then you can’t return. Planned? I understand if it would have been a couple hours, but I literally walked down the steps and back up. Can’t afford the new place? Do yourself a favor guys, if your looking for a deal, shop online, find an ffl dealer pay him 20 $ for the transfer and background check and save money. A once loyal customer of Lou’s will NEVER shop there again.

Huge selection of merchandise here. I’ve been here a couple of times, and the most recent time was to meet R. Lee Ermey (crazy drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket) so you know my experience was good. He was making an in-​store appearance to promote their Glocks and was actually really amazingly sweet (nothing like his movie character, but I digress). The store employees have been helpful both times I have visited. I would go back in a jiffy. This is a much better location than their previous one, which had little parking and was on a busier street.

I’ve purchased two firearms from lou’s within the past year. This place is pretty sweet. It’s in a giant warehouse with tons of stuff for your gun needs. The lines for guns usually build up pretty long. You have to wait for your number to be called (think Publix deli), but you can shop around while you are. They have an extensive collection of firearms, more than any store in the area. They seem to be knowledgeable and friendly, mind you they are in the business of selling not chatting. The gun prices are the best I’ve seen in south Florida, especially if you’re law enforcement. This is the not gun store I can go to and leave not feeling like I was cheated. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
