Recently purchased a mattress for a family member. Unfortunatly this family member passed away before the mattress was delivered. We called mattress firm and explained the situation. The salesman who sold us the mattress rafael and celeo went out of their way to help us out and were able to get us a full refund! Its refreshing to see salesman and a company show some compasion and understanding. We have purchased there before and we will purchase there again.

I’ve recently purchased a new mattress, my second one from Mattress Firm and I am extremely happy & satisfied with their products. Their customer service reps (Rafael) were very helpful and friendly each time at the same location.
Everyone’s experience is unique and different. As a customer, I always attempt to be courteous and understanding, and in return I expect the same.
Their mattresses are fairly priced as well as the financing.
I would highly recommend this store location and their products. I have always been satisfied when I leave knowing I’ve made a good decision and everything was clearly stated prior to signing.

Let me count the ways… or should I say mistakes this store employees and manager made. I went in the week of memorial day, had to wait 40 mins to be served since there was only i sales rep. Wanted the no credit check plan, was told it would require 3 payments of 1533 since its only a «same as cash 90 day plan». I was told they would beat by 1000 any competitors price, not so I brought in proof of other stores even other mattress firms in other states and they did not match. I ended up having to run my credit to obtain a credit card since the items are very expensive. I ordered a 2899 mattress a 1700 base plus 2 pillows, a mattress cover and 2 pillow covers. I received the mattress and pillow covers plus pillows for free and the free delivery. Upon delivery of my items the adjustable base was broken and I had to wait 4 more days to have it exchanged, plus I had to get an email from the store manager that day in writing that they would do it, since their policy is to refuse the whole order which would have meant I had to sleep on the floor since I had already sold my previous bed. I also had an issue with the mattress and after 32 days of sleeping on it under the 100 day trial period I called in to return or exchange it since I have had back, neck and leg pain ever since buying these items. I had to wait that long because they say it takes 30 days for your body to adjust. Thank god I got the pillows for free otherwise I would have to return those as well because they did not work. In addition it took 2 weeks and having to speak to the store rep, his manager, the district manager and 4 people from corporate in order to get my mattress picked up and im still waiting on a refund. Its ridiculous to think that these are the Mercedes Benz dealer of mattresses yet their customer service is that of a Ford dealer and their return policy although its states its like that of a Hyundai its useless when you want to exercise it because they dont want to help you. I will never shop one of these stores again and dont suggest anyone does either.
