Horrible Customer Service!!! If I could I would give this place a zero rating. I recently went for 4^th of July BIG MISTAKE! Before coming we called to ensure that they would be open because we knew that lately towards the afternoon there have been some rainstorms. When we spoke to the person on the phone they informed us that yes they were open & that they would be open until 5:30PM. We arrived a little bit after 3:30pm. When they were taking our money they never mentioned hey it might rain soon maybe you should come another day because we DON’T issue RAIN CHECKS HERE like any kind hearted person would say. Instead they took our money we went inside & 5 minutes later we had to leave because there was a storm coming. I spoke to their Lazy, Rude & Uninterested manager. He informed me that they don’t offer rain checks and that you come in at your own risk. The best part of all was that this son of a bitch was right behind us when we were paying and never mentioned a thing. NOT ONLY DID THESE PEOPLE RUIN OUR 4TH OF JULY. But they are inconsiderate, lazy & have no decency at ALL! (GO AT YOUR OWN RISK & GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK)

well i would say the no re-​entry policy sucks and the food stand can get an upgrade on the quality of food. its cash only so make sure if you will eat there have some cash on you. the lazy river would be better of by rule people would take the floats with them as they get out. it can get crowded with empty floats but thats just my personal opinion. other than that i had a relaxed time cant complain too much. hialeah residents get a discount price and when you dont feel like driving all the way to the beach its very convinient.
