Face-to-face ordering? Three drive up windows? No idea who thought of this idea of ordering directly at the window, perhaps it is because I’ve never seen this before, but I didn’t like this model at all. It does not seem more efficient than ordering. They just prolong your wait by having you drive from window to window: order, pay, receive your food. Just to be clear, there isn’t an ordering box, you place your order with a person at the window. Additionally, while everyone seems to want breakfast, when you get up at 5 am, perhaps you want to have lunch at 10. Not here. Just breakfast. No sandwich. Sigh. The employees did speak English. Well enough to explain only lunch was available and then to point to the menu available. I didn’t really like the eggs. They were more poached than scrambled or cooked through, and the hash brown being one brick of potato was greasy and only made me sad. I was not starving so at least that was a bonus.

Lol!!! The reviews here are awful! Well this morning, all I needed was coffee. It was 6:45am and I went to the drive thru. No one said a word over the speaker so I backed up, parked and went inside. No one was standing at the counter but eventually a woman slowly walked up. She looked like she needed coffee as much as I did. I asked for my order in English but she didn’t understand so I asked in my awful Spanish. Five minutes later and I had a coffee within my grasp only to learn that, «We no credit card, mama!» I’m pretty sure I felt a tear roll down my face because I really wanted/needed that hot cup of heaven. Typically, there are signs posted when the terminals are down but there were none. Unfortunately, she took my order first, prepared it, made me believe that it was mine, only to snatch it back when she learned that I had no cash! Well I’m sure that’s not the norm. I’m sure the terminals were simply down but man did that hurt! Now I sit here at my desk with no coffee. It’s gonna be a loooong day!

Horrible service. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. They have 3 windows, but they’re only using one for orders and giving out food. No one speaks English. Waited all that time to find out they’re out of chicken and tortilla for the wraps. Horrible. Just horrible service. Actually, no service!

Worst mcdonalds ever, no one speaks English, wait for food took forever. Got order wrong, and they forgot the sauces and kids milks. They prepare burgers the wrong way. Do not go there.

The worst McDonald’s in Florida. I lived almost 20 years near this McD’s and I still can’t find a worst place then this one. The drive through takes forever, your order will always be missing items and the employees speak no english. It’s not only the worst service, but as soon as you taste your food you will notice is not fresh at all. When you complain about your order the employees look the other way and grap your bag nasty. Overall This is not the McD’s you want to stop to eat at all.
