One star because I cannot give them 0 stars! Informal and unprofessional management. They don’t care about anything and tried to avoid my calls several times when I was trying to get my deposits back. Literally worst association ever.

This company does not even deserve one star. Their service is horrible. Their office staff is unprofessional and unethical to say the least. If you need documents provided, make sure you find out the source (of repair, etc.). The source will be able to provide what is needed. Also, the address they disclose on Google is incorrect. If you have any issues that need resolving, just show up — 2083 W 76 ST Hialeah, FL. If you are an investor and buy a property managed by them, may God be with you.
