The WORST. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE DEPOT. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Everyone takes their sweet time and has no regard for anyone’s sense of urgency.
No one knows anything, no one cares, and the girl at the register doesn’t even know how to remove security alarms when you purchase something.
This Office Depot needs to close down and start from the beginning. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Drive to another Office Depot if you have to, but stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

The service there is terrible, people are extremely rude in the printing center. For starters I have gone there a total of 3 times, to have documents printed. Each time I was ignored not even acknowlege that I was even standing there. The first time I had to search the store for an attendant. One person in particular is a male with long black hair with a blue shirt and he is the rudest one of all as soon as he sees anyone approach the printing center he looks at you doesnt say anything and walks away. He is the one that i have always seen back there in the afternoon in the printing center and he is always the same way… he didnt just have a bad day today, really poor customer service. The first two times I had to wait over 1 hour to be help and acknowledge that i was there. So i decided the 3^rd time is a charm I will have my document pre-​ordered on the website and pick up my documents at the westland mall location. I decided to go straight over and pick up my docs and i was still ignored at the printing center i immediatlely told them someone call me that my docs are ready for pick up and that i have already paid for my docs they still said i had to wait after 20 minutes i ask the guy with the long black hair that i just needed to pick up docs everything was paid for online and that i received a call to come over and pick up docs he rudely said everyone here already paid for there documents and you have to wait then he continue to ignore me then i ask for a manager and he just told me i have to go to the front desk to get him i told him he would have to get manager for me i was not going to be skip and he rudly went over the counter picked up my paperwork and slammed it on the counter and gave them to me and said «here» it took him 3 secs to give me my documents he was extremely rude and he didn’t even ask me for my online confirmation like it says to bring and he didnt ask me for my ID. This was extremely rude and not called for, if he doesnt like his job he shouldnt be working with people in customer service especially that there are so many people out there with no jobs.
