This Office Max is terrible the staff is rude and the store is very dirty and disorganized like really disorganized never coming back

I usually come to this location to pick up my office and supplies needs. As you can imagine the store is jammed packed with office supplies. From Pens, Office Furniture and Cleaning Supplies. They also have an array electronic equipment for your office. Printers, Computers, Monitors, Mouses, USB’s, Etc. One of the reasons I enjoy this location they have Samsonite products for my office needs. I enjoy there quality, they also carry Parker, Cross and Monte Blanc refills. If your a pen collector you know these are hard to come by. They also carry professional legal pads and toner for your printers. If you have any questions, feel free to ask any of there associates. If they don’t know the answer they will find it for you.

Spent ½ hour looking for one freaking label maker cartridge. Couldn’t find anyone to help me for the longest time. Saw two employees I wanted to ask for help but… employee #1: chatting on his cell phone & employee #2: only spoke Spanish (typical).
Finally found an employee who was not a. talking on his mobile and b. spoke at least broken English. He told me the label maker cartridges were behind customer service. That’s not where they usually are, I thought, but ok. I went to customer service, scanned the shelves behind the counter and there were only printer cartridges. Maybe the guy didn’t speak English as well as I thought.
I found another employee who looked like he was extremely bored by his job (who could blame him?) but Hallejulah! He was American and therefore, spoke English. He lead me straight to the label maker section. Weeee!
There was only one line open (and a long line of customers was forming). At this point, I was irritated. I also noticed the one employee was still walking around chatting on his phone.
Spent forever in line.
The only reason I’m rating this two is because the cashier who checked me out was super-​friendly and the store was clean.

two times in 1 week and both times amazing service even thou we were not spending an money!!! we took our daughter to check out if she had won a contest and to get a free calender… the girl at the register really did not know what we were speaking of (one of our daughter’s paperwork needed to be scanned) immediately she asked another co-​worker for assistance who guided us to the correct person. which she assisted us with a great attitude and re-​checked making sure our daughter may be a winner (but no luck this time) she let us know to re– try and come back as often as we liked. 2) then we received in mail coupons for free stuff — Scotch Pop Tape & Rose Art Crayons — we went back — once again the girl at the register assisted us without any hassle… we walked around the store and noted how nice and neat this store is… everything is easy to find and lots of variety available. very nice kept store, very nice personnel. will be coming back for school supplies! (great prices too!)
