Price Street Projects is an innovative design of living spaces for the present and future conservation of our planet, by using unused containers for modern, green homes.
I support the use of recyclable material for a cleaner environment and this idea that Julio Garcia has created for sustainable development is remarkable! The more we have and use this type of living spaces it reduces our carbon footprint on our planet Earth.

I am a sculptor located on the Treasure Coast — I needed help drawing up plans on Rhino and printing a very intricate installation composed of acrylic, wood, and steel on a CNC machine. I had heard many good things about Julio from friends who had stayed at one of the container homes he created in Savannah. From beginning to end, Julio was very helpful, professional, and fun to work with. He is an incredible builder and problem solver. My colleagues thought I was crazy for working with someone so far away, but now they understand! PSP is worth the drive. I can safely say there is no one else in South Florida with matched resources and expertise.

Julio Garcia is a very unique and talented designer who is able to meet the needs of any client. His creativity and passion for his work are unparalleled. I have had the privilege of visiting one of his container homes and I was blown away by what he has created. Not only did he manage to recycle something that would have otherwise been garbage, but he has turned it into a functioning, beautiful, spacious and modern home.
I have purchased a few of his original pieces to furnish my home and I know that they will stay with me for a lifetime. They are my favorite pieces in my home and are always receiving compliments from my guests.
