Terrible experience. They cancelled the deep clean for carpet 1 hour prior to my appointment because they had 2 customers in my area (including me) and one of them was changed to another day therefore they wouldn’t come just for me… They gave me two options, either they came but I would have to pay $ 10 more, or reschedule for 3 days later. I canceled and called another company.
