Solid Bodies Gym

If you’re looking for a gym that stays open pretty late that’s not as packed as the big name gyms and you’re in the Hialeah/​Hialeah gardens area this is the gym to go to!
Family owned business which you can say i have a soft spot for. I’ve been going to this gym on and off for about 8 years. From me being a skinny high school kid to now me being a skinny adult not much has changed lol (Blame me not the gym) This gym has a mixture of old and new machines to workout on, pretty big gym for being a «small» gym. Has an aerobics, spinning, and dance room. Plenty of treadmills and more than 2 of every machine you might need to use. As far as how packed the gym gets with people i would say that around the traditional times of 5pm to 8pm the gym will be packed, but just about every other time the gym is basically at your disposal. You will eventually see the same faces everyday (if you go everyday) which gives this gym a friendly feel.
So if youre looking to finally come around to that new year resoultion i would suggest to check this gym out. Reasonable monthly prices or no contract if you dont want one. They have salsa, spinning, and aerobics classes throughout the week if youre interested in those. I’m still working on my salsa steps. They also have showers and bathrooms for women and men. Now go get swole!
P. S. The best Mamey protein shakes are at this gym. YES MAMEY PROTEIN SHAKES!(This gym is in Hialeah) Thank me later :)

The best part of my day is going to the 6pm class on Monday/​Wednesday with Mary and then Zumba at 7pm with Eli! They are both amazing and really motivate you to workout!
The only thing lacking at the gym is a place to change but either way I still love it!

This gym has the best staff. They are very nice people. This is no LA Fitness. There is older equipment but you can get a full body workout with the machines on hand. I left planet fitness for this gym. I then left this gym for LA Fitness and I am back. LA Fitness is too crowded during peak hours and it’s like a runway show in there with people on their phones. Bottom line is, this is a great gym where you will feel welcome and can get your pump right.

Ok gym to get your workout on, better for girls as they offer lots of different classes and child care.
