Alright, this lady deserves a 5 star review. Not the actual store because it’s a Franchise and all of them relatively look the same. So as I was saying; She was working by herself, in an orderly fashion taking orders and ringing them up. I told her my order all in one shot(2 sandwiches, 1 soda and 2 soups) and she didn’t once ask me to repeat myself. She remembered it all, when I asked for«EXTRA» sauce she gave me my «EXTRA» sauce and not some miserable drizzle they usually give you. The food was glowing idk, she did some magic on our food! Older lady, didn’t catch her name.

This subway was on point 9 months ago but I went yesterday and they were all so rude. The subs tasted good but they didn’t even cut the top or bottom of the green peppers when cutting vegetables apparently and my bf had the nasty parts of the green peppers in his sub. I thought it happened to be that all of their employees were having a bad day yesterday but after reading reviews I had to update the review to agree because it seems that this how it is over at that subway. Not good. Won’t be going to that one anymore. They’re just not happy to be there and they’ll treat you like you’re a burden.

Absolutely horrible customer service by Fanny!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich on Italian herb and cheese. The lady making my sandwich was pretty skimpy… but that was ok. When I got to the register to pay for my order, I asked Fanny for 2 little sauce cups of southwest chipotle sauce. She gave me one… then I asked her for another one and she said the second one is $.50 more. I said that’s ok. Then when I went to pay… it was $ 1.00 more… so I asked for an itemized receipt. And that was when I said that she charged me for bacon. When I asked Fanny why she charged for bacon… she said because there’s no button to charge for sauces. Sooooo Fanny made up this charge!!! I run a restaurant and I know how these things work!!! I will never return to this Subway again!!! I hope the owners read these comments and do something about it. Now I know why this Subway never has a line!!! Horrid customer service… and lack of integrity by your employees!!!

First of all, this is a typical subway which has typical food items that any Subway has. With that said, I will review this place and the weirdness of it. 1. They speak extremely limited English. It seems most people that gets hired here are monolingual in Spanish. Really? I mean the person taking my order did not understand what I was ordering even though it was common stuff on their menu. 2. They have attitude if you address them or speak to them in English. Are you serious? 3. Not professional. While eating in the restaurant, the ladies were talking about their personal life, in Spanish, which I actually understand since I am Cuban, without holding back. I found out all kinds of information from one of the employees’ private life that I did not want to know, for example her intellectually challenged child. I am a huge advocate for people with disabilities, however, she was complaining about her own child in front of other patrons to other staff members, who were just being courteous back to her I guess. 4. Wrong order. It’s a good thing I didn’t just leave. They put stuff in my sandwich that did not belong there. If you can go to another Subway, go! If you are under that monolingual Spanish only situation, this place is then for you. I was shocked that Subway hires people that do not speak English here in America. How bizarre! Service was lackluster at best and the person that was taking my order made me feel like she was doing me a favor and did not seem interested in her job and did not even crack a smile. How sad!
