It has to be a tradition for every Taco Bell in Hialeah to have an 18 car pile up in the drive thru. It must be. Not only did I wait 16 minutes in line. It’s a NEW Taco Bell, it’s absurd that they can’t process the food as fast as they have to. The people in front of me barely even ordered anything, I don’t understand.
The only thing they did well was make sure everything was in the bag, and have a friendly person at the window dispatching everyone. That’s it. Second time here, last time for sure. Its called Fast Food for a REASON.
