This week I was out with my sister and nieces and we happen to stop in to Victoria Secrets on Main Street, what a mistake.
I work retail so don’t mind me when I’m extra judgmental on retailers and customer service.
My sister knew what she was in the store for as she had a specific coupon for a specific bra and also had a exchange of a bra she had purchased a couple of days prior on a big purchase where she obtained the said coupon.
We asked the lady if she could show us where we could find the bra and provided the size. The woman proceeded to point to the other room and say «over there on that table». We asked her to show us and she walked over, pulled open the drawer and walked right back to where she was not once showing off the merchandise or even helping to find the size.
When finally finding the size we needed we proceeded to check out to find 11 people in line with only one register opened. After waiting in line for about 10 mins my 2 year old niece has started to cry because she needs to use the potty. No bathroom sign insight I ask the manager if we could borrow a bathroom and she was quick to send me away with saying «sorry the bathroom is for employees only», she saw my nieces face, she was in tears and couldn’t hold on but stood by what she said forcing us to leave the line to find a bathroom else where.
We still came back and made the line again to finally be attended to by the rudest person ever. The woman not only questioned how were got a hold of this coupon but even went to almost revoking the couple since we were exchanging a bra… No you didn’t! If a customer has a coupon you never tell them you can’t use it especially when we weren’t returning anything, we were exchanging for a size up!
On top of the attitudes, incompetence and 2 long waits, the exchange was done incorrectly and needed to be corrected twice. Honestly I don’t ever think I’ll walk into that VS again, WOW I can’t deal!

Yes, this location is not in the mall which is great, but it also lacks all the wonderful qualities of a mall Victoria’s Secret. First off, this place is small. No bikinis, meager lingerie selection, not so much variety.
The staff here is ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. You have a few staff members that are super kind and helpful, but then you have the ones that look like they are miserable to be around underwear and women all day. Every time I come here, someone measures my breast against my will. Last month, I had the same lady offer me an Angel’s card THREE times in a ten minute span because she didn’t remember me. It’s really hit or miss, with more recently the results being on the «miss» side.
I really wish this location would expand. I try to avoid this Victoria’s Secret at all cost. This is good if you know what you are looking for, and know they have it here. However, if you are looking to explore all of the wonderful things Victoria’s Secret has to offer– go elsewhere.

What’s great about this place is that it’s Miami Lakes’ little secret so you can usually avoid a crowd and easily browse. It’s smaller than some other VS I’ve been too, but the experience is just the same. It’s located on Main Street, which used to be hustle bustle, but now is pretty much dead aside from this store and the theater. That means, easy parking and its not overcrowded. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stress free VS experience.

The ladies on the floor are such morons. I asked what the difference was between the body by Victoria and the new tshirt bra and the lady told me «the price.» Wow! I just purchased the body bra bc it feels wonderful and supportive. So I wanted to know if purchasing the tshirt was worth it too… But apparently not bc the difference is price.

As one of the Unilocalers mentioned before I love the fact this store is not in a mall. It makes it much more convenient, especially for the ladies who are always on the go. Typically I come to get that special someone something nice. Being a guy I know what I want to see on you (The Girl) However, sometimes needing a female touch to cap off the visual is key and the staff is always very friendly and knowledgable on a woman’s figure and potential size based on description. I can tell you the difference between a guys size 36 waist and a 34 but ask me the difference between a woman size 5 and a 7 and I am lost. This is where customer service comes in hand and this store does not lack that.

I love the fact that this VS is not located in a mall! It’s setting is in Mainstreet in Miami Lakes surrounded by boutiques.
No more overcrowded malls when you need to pick up something sexy!
The store is very nicely organized and stored.
