Main at Bar-B-Que aka TOMS Bar-B-Que is Crap on a bad bun! There was no chef in the kitchen, the guy that was there presumably the owner wore out the microwave. Took 2 bites of the pork sandwich and wished I didn’t. Canned beans were cold, the cole slaw was a concocted left over nasty thing. Only needed 1 bite of that to be convinced to just get up and walk out. At least I did not get food poisoning. As for the ambiance the owner was absorbed in the sons of anarchy blasting at full volume (hard to hear from the kitchen).

Decent Cuban sandwich but really fatty pork and tough brisket. Unimpressive sides. Go somewhere else for your $. Mr Chef, polish your skills.

Short review… Food was cold. Brisket was tough. Plastic tableware was too flemsy to cut anything. Portions were the smallest I’ve seen from a bbq joint.

Food wasn’t terrible, but it was priced way too high. Velveeta shells and cheese, sweet baby ray’s bbq sauce, and microwaved meat. All the employees behind the counter were eating while they were preparing our dishes. If I hadn’t paid before I saw the way they were preparing the dishes I would’ve just left. Just passing through the area disappointed because it looks like a lot of bbq joints around with good reviews.

I would not recommend Main Street BBQ. We ordered a pound of pulled pork to go. I kid you not when I say that the owner dumped a bunch of Sweet Baby Ray’s barbeque sauce on the pork and then stuck it in the microwave in a Styrofoam container. I almost stopped him then and asked for my $ 10 back but I thought I would at least give it a shot. We got home and I took one bite. It was terrible. The pork tasted old and did not at all have a smoked flavor. I think it was maybe cooked in an electric skillet, because that was the only piece of equipment in the kitchen besides a toaster oven and microwave. We definitely won’t be back.

I don’t think I’ve ever done a negative review. This place earned it. The food was bleh. Except for the cold beans, inedible Brunswick stew, and boxed macaroni and cheese which were eyuck. I cannot believe we even wasted one trip here, or that they actually took our money for that crap. Quite diappointed. Ok, apparently I have done one other negative review. I checked.
