While I love the food this location could use some work. I got there at 9:00 (they close at 10) and the lights were dimmed and chairs were all up. I tried the door anyway and they were in fact opened. The two teens running the place just like to close up early I guess. If you do go make sure to get there plenty before closing time.

As far as taste and food quality, it’s great aside from this time my slaw tasted like it had been frozen. Customer service is extremely lacking with attitude. Not a single smile from anyone, know one went out of their way to ask any questions past «is this for here or to go» know one seemed happy to be there.

We waited 30 minutes before finally getting our food. We should have looked to make sure it was right, but after 30 minutes, we were rushing to get out. Bad idea, neither item was right… I’ve worked at a Zaxby’s before, and still work retail, so I understand mistakes, but this was ridiculous
