I took my two terriers for grooming once to the location in Palos Hills. The cuts looked good and my partner tipped the staff. It was shortly later in the evening that I noticed my female pup acted as though she was moving slowly and in pain. She would not allow us to touch her for a week; she appeared as though she was mistreated and traumatized. The staff has a less than professional attitude. I would never return and wish I could have the charges returned as it cost me a visit to the vet.
