I went in to get a new battery for my car. They were significantly cheaper than Sears and were able to do it right away. Clarence helped me by installing the battery and explaining why corrosion happens and how it affects the battery. He was knowledgeable about what he does.

i needed to go in here for a car part, i wasnt sure exactly what i was looking for but thye helped me find what i needed, the staff is very nice and friendly, when i left a staff member was singing, it showed me he was happy working where he was and to me that says alot about the management.

They guy behind the counter was very helpful. He asked if I needed anything when I walked in. But I came back with my tail between my legs 10 minutes later. He found what I needed and I was on my way. He also didn’t have anything to say to me when I returned it because I couldn’t get the lenz off of the car to put it on.

Sitting in the parking lot of the fast food restaurant, banging on my steering wheel in frustration and shouting expletives at my piece of crud station wagon that has a dead battery. (I didn’t even leave the lights on this time) I look up, and see the Auto Zone next door. I get out of my car, and walk there, thinking maybe they could help. I walk in and immediately I know I’m out of my element. When it comes to automobile maitence and repair I don’t know much, except that if you run out of oil, your transmission goes (not that I know that from experience). The clerk at the counter must see the look of absolute confusion on my face, and at once asks me what he can help me with. I told him my car was in the parking lot next door, and my battery was dead. After just giving him the make, model and year of my car, he punched it up on the computer, and in less than two minutes, he had a new car battery sitting on the counter. I was looking at the battery like it was an alien life form, when the clerk put on his jacket, and said that he would install it for me, that it was included in the purchase. (The price was only $ 75.00) In less than ten minutes, I was back on the road again thanks to Auto Zone. So now I am a regular here, buying things like oil, wiper blades (yes, I actually know how to change them), and really cute air fresheners.
