Blew off 3 of my appointments, left down unexpected for 2 weeks.

This is the most modern family dentist establishment I have experienced. Maybe many are more and more like this one but I haven’t seen it. The machines, computers, software, all provide the staff with tools that raise their dental service to a level called excellent. If you have dental insurance the money will be well spent here. I myself am on a plan to eventually fix my teeth so that they are something I don’t need to worry about in the retirement years.
The staff are people who make you feel like you are a family friend not just a customer. They talk to you, explain things to you, listen to your questions without making you feel like you’re wasting their time. They know what they are talking about which is what we should expect. They can and do show me films while in the chair to enhance the answering process when I am asking questions. For example, did you know that bacteria coming from your gums can infiltrate to your heart and can cause serious heart disease if you are not brushing, rinsing, water piking, or flossing twice a day? I didn’t until my dental hygienist played the film on the computer monitor while I was sitting in the dentist’s chair. After watching that you better believe I changed my behavior and did what they prescribe.
All of the staff here are ladies and they are serious when the should be, know what they are doing but also have a wonderful sense of humor that relaxes me when I’m here. That’s a wonderful blessing because I really don’t like going to the dentist in the first place, but here you can be comfortable among professional friends. Finally, I’ve never had a problem with their work.
If you are looking for a new dentist I strongly suggest Dr. Petreikis and Associates in Hickory Hills. My family uses this office for it’s dental care. Normally, it’s by appointment but I have seen them handle emergencies and let people in when cancellations occur.
