Not too happy with service walk in girl seating had trash can in hand put it under stand then grabbed our silverware ordered our meal with salad got salad after meal hit the table didn’t keep drinks filled train your staff we the customer pay your wages you work for us if you touch a trash can wash your hands don’t get the waitress named Alison

My Cedar salmon was delicious! Also our waitress Ashley recommended the salad my boyfriend got and it was amazing! Ashley was so sweet & made our experience one to remember! Wasn’t really a fan of the blackberry sangria but my overall experience was great! Will be back!

Let me start off by saying that I go out of my way to be nice to wait staff and generally adore the people who work at places like these and I tip considerably.
However, this experience at this one particular Applebee’s was just… insulting to say the best. Our waitress was rude and acted like we were the idiots for asking simple things and constantly sneered and rolled her eyes at us. Ignorable, but made me hesitant to ask for anything.
I’m a vegetarian (And let me say, do not eat here if you have specific dietary needs, they will not be met. Friend is Kosher, they put bacon on her food even though it was nowhere on the menu) and ordered a bowl of soup and an order of fries. Most expensive thing on that check. My Friend’s food was undercooked and the sauce it came in was just… rancid tasting.
We also ordered appetizers, Mozzarella sticks tasted like frozen back-​of-​the-​Walmart-​freezer disappointment.
In other words, don’t even bother, I’m sure that food is only good if you’re drunk.

Well typically I like Applebees but this is the second time I’ve had a horrible experience at one and doubt I will ever go back. Our waiter tried his best to do a really good job I wanted to watch the Duke basketball game and was told he would change the TV but he was unable to because all their TVs were labeled wrong and I couldn’t figure out which TV needed to be changed so needless to say I miss the game. I’m a front of the house manager at the place I work at and as a manager I am constantly on the floor constantly moving around and constantly talking two tables there was no manager present at all we were there for about an hour and never once did anyone come over to the table other than our waiter. I had the Santa Fe chicken which is always been my favorite but this time the chicken tasted rubbery. The one time I did see what I think could possibly have been a manager was arguing with a table about their food and the fact that they weren’t satisfied with their order and I don’t think its right for someone to argue with a guest about their food even my girlfriend took offense to it.

Worst service ever!!! Food was over cooked and tasted bad. Took an hour and a half to receive cold food!!! I will never go back there again!!!

Very attentive and pleasant staff from the door to table. Thanks so much for your smiling faces and genuine attitiudes. We come here often, but haven’t in a few months. Happy Thanksgiving

we’ve been to numerous Applebee’s and this one is the best. We have small children so we try to get there early so we can get seated quickly. The food is great and is delivered quickly. The Waitstaff is pretty good and refills are prompt. My only complaint is when I get to love a particular item, they take it off for something else… sheesh!

I really tried to give this Applebee’s numerous chances. A little background first is that I had 2 super horrible experiences about a year ago, which I complained about. The entire order was mixed up both my entrees were wrong and the steaks were not cooked properly.

Another time, I ordered the curbside service and ended up waiting forever until no one came out. I ended up just running inside to pick the order up. Turns out our order had been given out earlier to someone with a similar name… Well after the order was complete, I checked it to find out the sides were wrong. The lady gave me some sides to go to make up for it. I got home to find my steaks were NOT cooked well done (bloody), so my boyfriend ended up throwing them on the grill which took another 30 mins after waiting at Applebee’s for an hour. My side was broccoli which one would think would be easy to get right. Except they gave me raw broccoli! So all this I couldn’t take and wrote an online complaint. They ended up calling me and after explaining everything, the manger gave me a free certificate.

I waited a few months and finally used the freebie. That experience was smooth, no problems.
So after those experiences, I was burned out and didn’t eat there for a while. But a couple weeks ago, my boyfriend and I decided to give it another go. The restaurant was pretty packed so after waiting a short wait, we were seated. The seating was horrible, we were placed beside a group that had about 3 tables pushed together. It was very cramped and was inches from some members of the group. The group was extra loud and I could barely hear anything my boyfriend was saying to me. Thankfully they left about half-​way into the evening. I ordered my usual steak but tried the new bourbon sizzler (well done). So cutting into my steak blood gushed out, grossing me out. So my waitres took my steak and about 10 mins later brought me a brand new one. Now this one was even worse than before! So I called the waitres back and after waiting another 10 mins, she brought my original steak back (I could tell by the way I cut it). Finally it was cooked! But now my boyfriend was finished eating… Also the waitress never refilled our drinks, had to ask her. The side order of potatoes were very small maybe a half of one potato. I was unsatisfied with the entire experience. And it’s safe to say I wont ever be going back.

Staff was obnoxious and loud. Not attentive to tables nor checked back to see how food was.

I visited over the Christmas holiday and the food was excellent. I lost my IPad between the booth and the wall so of course I couldn’t see it or anyone else. I’m a student and all my books are loaded on my pad so it was a huge hit for me. I was toiling over buying a new one when I received a call from the manager Steve. He sent it overnight to me. They kept my number almost two week after I called. Easily they could have chunked it after I called as soon as I noticed it was missing. BTW food and service was awesome!

Went to Applebee’s on Saturday 11÷30÷13 and it was amazing. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server’s name was Shadow. Not only was she very sweet but she knew the items on the menu, told us about drink and food specials, and brought us refills before our glasses were even ½ empty (my glass never got near ½ empty) She is exactly what a server should be.
I started with the wedge salad. I would have been fine with just that because it was big and very filling. The blue cheese was chunky, the bacon was crisp, and the candied pecans on it added just the right amount of contrast in flavor and added great crunch. I also ordered the quesadilla burger with a side of red skinned mashed potatoes. I loved that they offered to give me a medium burger (i like my meat red inside) The burger was juicy and the pico de gallo sauce and two cheeses were great. The potatoes definitely tasted like homemade. My daughter ordered the children’s sirloin (medium rare) with french fries and a kid’s oreo sundae for dessert and our little cousin ordered the chicken tenders kid’s meal w/​fries and a kid’s oreo milkshake for her dessert. They loved their food and I was impressed that they cooked the 4 oz sirloin PERFECTLY. It was red on the inside but still warm.
So thanks to the wonderful food and especially because of Shadow this will most certainly become one of our favorite «Girl’s Lunch Out» spots.

Here again after a long run from Mt. and always a treat. Wonderful greeting entering the restaurant and then to the bar. Quickly and respectfully I was served my beverage and food. Always a solid, tasty meal! Serena, the manager, was great in asking how my experience had been and asked for feedback. Could not ask for more. Always really nice experience.
