Foothills Optometrist

I was in need of an eye examination for new glasses. I have to admit, I am guilty for judging! This office is adjacent to a Walmart. I was very skeptical, and very short on other options. So glad I was! As soon as I enter, a woman coming out of the office noticed me and without a beat, asked «how may I help you!» I don’t believe I was quite ready for her readiness to help me.
She was courteous, very friendly and pleasantly professional! Right away she took my information, and didn’t hesitate to let me know I could be seen within a few! She had no idea how happy she made me! As soon as I finished my paperwork, I was seen by another woman who was just as nice as the other lady. (My apologies for not asking either of the women their names)
Not long at all, I’m seen by the optometrist. Again, pleasantries, and professionalism! All this, in one office… WOW!!! Some places make you feel like you’re just a number, or you’re riding a conveyer belt. Not here! This office wasn’t that large, but it’s filled wth the right ideas and personalities on how to treat a person! I had such a wonderful experience, I intend to bring my sister and nephew for their eye examination!
