Total Scam! Save your money. They ripped me off $ 199.99. They won’t provide service. They will give you the run-​around until you are sick. They are hoping that you will just go away. Do not purchase the warranty from your furniture store. Jerome’s furniture in San Diego won’t help me either. Huge waste of time and money!

I only selected one star because I had to. This company is the absolute WORST for product service. I purchased furniture from Bob’s Discount last fall, I added on the Goof Proof Protection Plan offered through them which is Guardian Protection Products, Inc. I used the Bob’s Discount Furniture recommended cleaning solution that is necessary to use in order for the Plan to be valid. We had two indoor cats who occasionally have vomiting issues. I made it very clear when adding on this protection plan that they were the reason I was buying it and asked repeated if pet accidents were covered, I was told yes it would. So upon cleaning an accident recently, after several had been cleaned prior, I noticed that there was a stain left behind from the authorized cleaning product. I had note noticed this before because we had flipped the cushion over that had been cleaned previously. I reported the most recently cleaning and was told that I am in violation of the plan because I did not call the first time I used the cleaning solution. I repeated many times that I had not noticed the residue stain until the most recent cleaning — this still voided the plan as it was considered «accumulating». I insisted that I could not report something I hadn’t noticed until I needed to flip the cushion, but because I said I had cleaned the first pet accident months ago it was a violation. I think their plan is a violation of consumer rights.
Aside from their poor customer service and bamboozling plan wording, it took me a over 3 hours to complete the call in yesterday. The first time I dialed I was told the wait time was 19 minutes and I could use the call back feature and not loose my place in line. So I entered the call back number and after 90 minutes I called again. This time the hold time was 23 minutes so I tried the call back feature again, 45 minutes later I received the call back and another 45 minutes on the phone without satisfaction or resolution. Take the chance and do not buy this protection plan.

Horrible experience with very rude staff, disconnecting the phone.
The only sentence they know us” sorry there’s nothong we can do” Zero customer service abilities and experience.
If i know anybody using ill tell them to csncel and would definitely tell friends to nake sure nobody gets fooled by their words.
If you have terms and agreements, you print them out big enough as well. I am so sorry that i wasted 5 weeks especially during my working hours frustating myself for very rude people. And that this companys’ supervisor or managers «arent available atbthe moment» for 3 weeks.
