Hickory Family Practice Associates

I only give one star because I cannot give 0. This practice USED to be great years ago (Dr T was my pediatrician and loved him) but I have never had such problems with a doctor’s office in just the one year I’ve been back. They never called my boyfriend back about his «needed» blood tests until 3 weeks later when he finally called them for a «everything looked fine». The doc blamed his assistant. They never called me back about my X-​rays; I never bothered to call them for the diagnosis bc I didn’t feel like talking to machine after machine before some «everything looked fine». And after three days of phone tag trying to get my refills sent to the pharmacy, they still never did even after I told them I was taking my last one on a Friday. The pharmacy has documentation proving the requests were received but this office has no follow thru whatsoever. Wait times are always ridiculously long, they use paper charts, not computers, and have more miscommunication than I ever knew possible. I’d get better care from a witch doctor. At least they’d probably call me back.
