I agree with the other reviewer, this place is well-​kept. For the Home and Garden show, it didn’t have a negative impression for age. It’s a convention center, and it’s bright, clean and nice. Not sure how much more modern it needs to be?

This is a nice facility. It’s a bit old, but well maintained. I attended a conference here sponsored by a regional non-​profit organization. The space was clean and ideal for the size of our group (about 200 people). The audio/​visual equipment and the lighting were adequate. The staff were friendly and well prepared.
The facility isn’t fancy or modern, but it is still nice. It is very easy to get to. You can see it from the highway (I-​40). There are also several hotels and restaurants in very close proximity.
