I am always skeptical when I have to hire a professional. I try to do my home work when choosing a contractor to work on our house. I had a few on my list on a Monday morning and only one of them actually answered the my call. All the others went to voice mail. Maynard’s receptionist Kim answered my call. She went through a laundry list for me to check to make sure I had a problem. In the meantime she put me on a list for a tech to come to the house. I didn’t expect anyone to show up today after a very hot weekend. Later that same day, their tech Rick showed up. He was very pleasant and professional. He went to work trouble shooting the system. He gave me the bad news I was expecting. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and gave me several options from the least expensive to the what was more practical. It was my choice. The very next morning I got a call from Kim and she said Scott will have a few options emailed to me to choose from. After doing some research and what was affordable for us I gave them my decision later that afternoon. By Wednesday they had it all installed and had us up and running again. They sent Rick out the next day to follow up to make sure everything was working correctly and showed us how to operate the system. Overall, A great experience for an unexpected expense. I would definitely recommend Maynard Refrigeration Service on your list for service or replacement.
