All of my experiences have been with the VW/Porsche/Volvo portion of Paramount Automotive and the majority of these have been with the service department. Very professional, well-oiled team! Excellent service! Their prices on repairs/service are fair and they don’t use any high pressure sales tactics; they may make suggestions for the future and do so without making you feel like a bad car owner.
I did buy a Passat Diesel TDI a little over a year ago from here. The transaction was easy. Negotiations were cordial, simple and fair. The whole process went rather quickly compared to past purchases at other dealerships.
I would recommend these guys to anyone for Service and /or purchase!
