I will not be back. Went by myself after work to get a quick mani pedi. Two hours later, I left very frustrated. Pedicure was great just took a while, but hey extra time in the massage chairs, no complaints from me. Then the manicure came. I wanted a gel manicure with a French tip. She asked if I wanted to cut the length off. My response was no, just enough for a square shape. She cut the entire nail. Instead of using a regular brush to apply the white tip, she used the brush made for the designs. This caused a very thin line across my nail, and the natural nail is still exposed on 3 fingers. Whenever I tried looking at them to see if I liked the job so far, she kept reprimanding me and telling me to keep my hand under the light. I finally ignored her reprimands and inspected my nails. After noticing the very thin line and exposed nail I showed her and asked if it could be fixed. She said that she made it even and that if she made the exposed lines thicker it wouldn’t be even. I asked her to make them all a little thicker so they wouldn’t all look like that in a couple days. She ignored me and told me to go wash my hands. I have never been so dissatisfied with a product or customer service in my life.

First visit of many more! The best pedicure for the money in Hickory. I had a lot of dead skin around my nails even though I get pedicures regularly. The«Nu Pedicure» was definitely the way to go! My feet look and feel amazing!

We took my 4 yr old out today for her first manicure. We stopped by The Diva because their outgoing message said they’d be open… but they weren’t. Drove down the road a bit and stumbled upon Pretty Nails. We had a GREAT experience here! Linda was super gentle with my little one, really took her time with her, talked with her… a very nice lady. We’ll be very happy to go back.
