Reflections

My experience has been regrettable. I was referred by a family member who had use this company before and the prices we far superior to anything local in Michigan. Ordered a table and chairs in mid-​August with a 6 – 8 week time frame quoted, called at the end of September only to find out the fabric chosen had been discontinued. The order was «rushed» but still resulted in a 6 week delivery to the store and then 3 week delivery to our home. The chairs and base were beautiful but you guessed it, the glass table top had a number of chips around the edges. I accepted delivery with the hope that the store would have a solution or at least advice on some minor repairs, again un-​answered.
I initiated every contact with the store and had I not I would still be waiting. Customer service is awful, communication non-​existent and problem resolution not available. If price is your only concern and you don’t mind doing most of the work then Reflections is probably the place for you.

I had the opportunity to visit Reflections again last weekend during their After Market Sale. All I can say is WOW! They have expanded to three showrooms since last year when I purchased a new sofa. It is so nice to shop there and see the same staff. My saleslady from 14 years ago is still there. Thank you Teresa for helping me find the perfect table and vase to complete my living room. Not sure why Natuzzi is getting such a bad rap in the other reviews. My two Natuzzi recliners are 14 years old and still work perfectly and look great even though they get used every day.

Awful. Ordered three items, including an American Leather sleeper sofa nearly 11 weeks ago.
Still no sign of any of the items. None of the items have left the factory. Calls into the store have been unproductive and emails have gone answered. BBB complaint filed.
I will update this rating and review should this matter be solved to my satisfaction, but at this point, I am not holding my breath.

I like the items by styling and comfort in the store, but I have not made a purchase, so I cannot comment on durability, delivery, quality.
I’ve been to this store twice now. Once on a busy day, and would have had to go hunting for help. Once on a slow day, and the one/​solo employee who was working, was very friendly and helpful.
I have taken the other reviewer’s comments and done some research on the inter webs (LOL) and see that there are a number of disgruntled buyers of Natuzzi products. I don’t know how those numbers compare to over-​all.

Terrible Experience! The most unprofessional bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with. I would NOT recommend that anyone risk doing business with them. It took me almost a year to resolve the issues with their repeated errors and blame game with the manufacturer. Ended up having to dispute the credit card charges to get a refund. I give them an F–
