Used to be a decent Starbucks. Now, the service is horrible, and there’s always at least a 20 minute wait. Just left with rotten blueberries in my oatmeal and I don’t want to wait another 20or 30 minutes to rectify.

This location is horrible. They repeatedly get my drink order wrong and a few of the employees have had an attitude when I ask them to fix it. The last straw came when I found a bug in my drink and they refused to take it back because I didn’t have the receipt. Seriously, there’s a bug in my drink! What the heck do I need a receipt for?
I would rather drive the extra distance to the location on LR. I am so done.

Worst service ever they are so slow as you go thru the drive thru the one lady sits there and watches the other lady make the drinks doesn’t even try to help speed up the process I would not recommend going to this place if you’re in a hurry worst service ever!

My kids love Starbucks and this is a great location, but, half the time, it’s so crowded you can’t find a place to park. The last time we went there, the drive-​thru was so backed up that cars were blocking traffic to line up. However, the times that we’ve been able to get drinks here, they were very good.

I have been going to this Starbucks location for many years. Very pleased with the service and people. The drive-​thru is long wait most if the time, that’s why I prefer to go inside.

RUDE. Tanisha at the counter was ridiculously rude for no reason at all. I love sbux, but when paying $ 5 for a drink, I shouldn’t get my head bitten off for reading a cup to see if it’s mine. Will not return… it’s worth the drive to the one across town.
