Without a doubt, the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. There are two in Hickory, one on Highway 70 and this one on US321 and given the choice, I always go here. I have never had any discrepancies with my order and when going to the drive-thru, the workers are always extremely happy. One time when going through, two were having a conversation and one turned to me and asked me if she didn’t have a beautiful baby and showed me a picture. I had to admit she did have a beautiful baby! It’s easy to tell how workers are treated by their attitudes, and if I were looking for part-time work I would be happy to apply here based on the atmosphere.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Hickory, NC
— 99.5% of the time, orders are correct. The large order screen is excellent in insuring the accuracy of one’s order. One can catch errors here before they turn into a problem. — Fast, courteous service. The employees always seem happy. The middle aged black lady who manages the restaurant is a sweet person.(I like her, she has a nice smile.) She stumbled a little when she first took the job. A large volume of customers would cause the place to suffer melt down, but it has been smooth sailing for the past several months. — Reasonable prices for their combo meals. With a senior discount, I usually spend less than $ 6 for the #6 combo. — One receives a lot of food for the money. Two chalupas, one taco, and a huge drink for less than $ 6 bucks is a good deal in my book. — The Senior citizen discount is SUBSTANTIAL. Tonight, my savings was $ 1.04. — As others have stated, the line can be long, but it moves relatively quickly. — OPENLATE, when there aren’t many restaurant options in Hickory other than bars. — Clean restaurant. The LOWEST sanitation rating in the past three years has been 97.5%, but their usual grade is 99.0%. I don’t come here to impress anyone, or because I think that their food is the pinnacle of culinary achievement. I come here because I get a lot for my $$$, I like tacos, they give me a nice discount, and the employees do an excellent job. Some Taco Bell’s are to be avoided at all costs. This is NOT one of those franchise locations. PROTIP: If you are headed south on highway 321, and/or want to get back onto I-40. After receiving one’s order, circle the building again and take a right at the drive-thru speaker. Follow the railroad track toward the Sunoco station. Keep going straight behind the Sunoco station,(hopefully, after you have stopped at the stop sign.) You will avoid having to make a U-turn and two additional stop lights. If you do this correctly, you will come to the stop light directly across from the Jack in the Box, and Cosmo Motors will be on your left. You’re all set.
