Love their pad thai but when i order a papaya for $ 6 and its was so small smh. I expect to get more papaya but there was more lettuce than papaya.

My husband and I happened on this restaurant while visiting family in Hickory on Halloween night. He ordered cashew chicken and I, the tom yum soup as well as the red curry chicken. They made the cashew chicken to my husband’s liking — he doesn’t care for snow peas and cabbage. For myself, the soup and curry were great — enough to warm me up since there was a chill in the air. I ordered both dishes medium spicy. I should have ordered mild — because it was hot even for me. The service was great! We would go back.

The only Thai restaurant in town with good service and great food. I was reluctant to try a new place but need a Thai fix. You will not be disappointed.

Food was delicious and reasonably priced. I don’t have much experience with Thai food, so I can’t really speak for the authenticity. We went for an early dinner and there were only a few other in the restaurant, so service was prompt and our server was friendly. I will definitely be back!

I am very happy to have found this quaint establishment! First off, the décor is so cute, and very clean. I like the table cloths and quality thought put into it. This is a small, cozy establishment. The hostess was warm, and very gracious, the waitress was so sweet, attentive, and walked you through the menu. Truth in point, there is a scale of 1 – 5 in heat. 2 to 2.5 is spicey! Whew! Hubz decided to go for 4, I was laughing so hard, as I knew what was going to happen! I loved the presentations and the quality of food is exceptional. I loved my curry shrimp, though I may go to a 2.0 not a 2.5…fanning mouth! The quality is very good, and the attention to detail, along with attentiveness to staff. A must try if you like Thai! It may be Americanized, but I cannot imagine taking the heat that most Thai do! Love this place, this is a little gem hidden away, go look for it!

The facility needed much attention to detail and cleaning. My meal was lackluster and bland. They were not busy, so the inferior service can not be explained.

I’m so glad I gave this place a chance, now I’m addicted! We eat here 2 times a week. The food is always fresh and the service is always on point. My favorite is the pad Thai with beef. It is out of this world!

Well after living in Thailand we were hoping for some authentic Thai food. Very disappointed to say the least. Very little traditional Thai veggies or herbs and although the food was made Thai hot at our request, we were surprised there were no Thai chillies in the preparation. Many of these ingredients are available at the Asian market, but this place fails to follow tradition. Americanized versions do not cut it for expats or patrons who have traveled to this beautiful exotic country. The service was very slow and un attentive and the food was spiced up with cayenne pepper. A big disappointment.

Sadly, I have to update my review on this place. It started out really good. I’m not sure what happened, but quality and service have gone downhill. I keep hoping it will bounce back, but no luck yet.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was fast, fresh and good. Service was great. Their hours are a bit weird as they close for about 3 hours during the middle of the day.

They do NOT deliver. I like that they line your takeout containers with parchment paper to prevent greasiness. Got the drunken noodle w/tofu. Pretty authentic in preparation and cooking; however, drunken noodle was bland as it had zero spiciness. Drunken noodles are supposed to be HOT. Finished with the mango sticky rice. Not too sweet(which is awesome) and fresh. Except mango was overripe and browning so got kind of mushy.

I’ve eaten Thai food at a lot of places in the US, and this is very good. The waitstaff also are very friendly. The one time that I had a complaint about a promoted special, they immediately took care of it.

Sadly ownership has changed along with the chef I appears. Not so great anymore, really a shame.

This used to be one of the best kept secrets in town, but lately the quality has really dropped off. My wife ordered the Pad Thai and I had the Red Curry with Chicken. Her dish came out a very strange color and the flavor was not even close. I’m not sure if this was something that was pre-made and reheated or if it was just poorly made. My curry was watery with none of the creaminess you typically find with fresh curry. The flavor was washed out as well supporting my belief of a reheated dish. The final straw was all the vegetables in the curry being raw. This was a huge disappointment and I suggest anyone looking for good Thai food try one of the other quality restaurants in the area.

I ate lunch here twice. The first time, I had Massaman Curry, which was one of the top five most delicious dishes that I have ever eaten. I asked for it to be prepared slightly spicy, and it was perfection. It was so flavorful that I had a «WOW, so this is Thai food» moment. Their«Asian» sweet tea was superb. Service was outstanding. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - For my second visit I tried their Pad Thai, and again I asked for Thai three star spicy. This time they failed to deliver on the heat. When I complained, the waitress brought out a circular rack full of different spices, but it was not the same as being incorporated into the cooking process. The Thai chili powder is extremely potent, and its hard to add it properly as an afterthought to a finished dish. It is really easy to add too much, and I’m afraid that is just what I did. Bummer! The sweet tea was excellent this visit as well. Service was satisfactory, but not nearly as accomplished as my first visit. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - Food quality? New Ownership? I have read new reviews that say that this restaurant is now under new management and the food quality has suffered? I don’t know if this is true or not. During both my visits… I was the only diner. I saw maybe one other person doing takeout, so I would not be surprised if this restaurant changed ownership. The prices were fairly high when I went there to eat, so that could have been a contributing factor. I thought the food was of good quality, so I guess that it is a matter of perspective. I haven’t been back in several months.
