The Legends

Have lived here for about a year and a half and it’s been wonderful. Amanda has helped us with any problem we have and is quick to respond to any question. Maintenance guys are nice. Flowers in the entrance always look nice as well. Glad to be here!

Sadly I must lower my rating. The Legends recently merged with Mostellar Mansion apartments. Now, all our amenities are shared with twice as many people. The office staff has had a ridiculously high turn-​over rate. The family feel is completely gone and it’s clear that the owners are interested in the money they can make far more than the residents who live here. For someone who pays rent on time, takes care of the property, looks out for my neighbors, etc. These changes don’t sit well. On top of it… the Mostellar residents were welcomed officially with a big social including prizes such as an Ipad (which my own friend won — yay for her!). The Legends residents have STILL not been notified of the change. Nothing. No letter, no party, no nothing. In truth, I am not interested in a party or prizes. I am indeed interested in respect and in things that matter… like a promise to not have my rent increased when my lease is up. Feeling very unappreciated and under valued.
