Rented a u-​haul trailer from hwy 70 location in hickory, when I returned the trailer, it was after hours. Next day went to get my receipt. Was charged a slew of fees, that did not add up. The manage Alex Williams said the trailer that I returned was dirty, which was a lie, I always take pictures of the inside and out of any equipment that I use, for liability purposes. I have the photo and have complained several times and my money is yet to be returned. Just from the interaction that, I had with the manager Alex, he is a very racists individual. On top of that, he’s a thief, he took money off my card that is not owed to u-​haul. And from the looks of the female Nicole that works under Alex there is some drug users at this location. I would advise, people to stay away especially if your not white.
