The Nurse Practitioner was amazing and very «kid» friendly. However the rest of the staff and front desk were rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Fast, friendly, efficient. In three visits, the same strong level of service. Two of three we got the immediate help we needed but on the third time, we got a fast answer, which was «go to a regular ER.» Which we promptly did.
They were even awesome enough to refund our copay, since they could not actually help…
I highly recommend this place for urgent care.

This is definitely as good as it gets! I took my elementary aged daughter in today for a throat culture for possible strep. We were in and out in THIRTY minutes!!! They were kind, friendly, talked directly to both of us, explained their reasoning… a GREAT experience! Every member of their staff was wonderful.
