The dispatcher is so rude. I have to take the bus to the transit station then its 2 miles home. I called last night for a cab at 6:17. I waited in the cold for 30 mins. Then I called back to check on how long it would be. The man said I don’t know when I get a cab empty. I asked if he had any idea how long it would be that I had already waited 30 mins. He started yelling at me telling me I had called and 6:28 and only waited 10 mins. Well for one thing it was 6:48 right then so yeah that’s 20 mins dumb ass. But my phone is more accurate. But I refused to argue any longer. So I ended up walking the 2 miles home. In the cold after working a 9 hour day and 2 hour bus ride. So thanks Yellow cab.
