On the road i wanted to stop and get something to eat, my coworker suggested boston market. I can’t remember ever eating here although i’ve known and seen many locations. I walked in and stood in line looking around and the first thing i noticed is a very costumer friendly staff. They great you as you walk in with great big smile and a hello. I ordered 3 sides and a half of chicken, the server who appeared from the back as a few more people walked in and took my order put it in a plate put it on the counter left and went on the phone(huh putting a dent in the good opening) and never returned. Ali stepped up and look at my plate and advised me how to order next time. I replied, this is how it should have been done in the first place. She added the chicken completed my order and didn’t charge me for one of the side i tried to take off. I left feeling good about the experience and the food was good.

Not the best experience I ever had at any Boston Market. Served by a pleasant enough older lady who seemed to be a cook. The younger teenage girl, however was rude. Did not even acknowledge my 3 attempts to say«thank you». I asked if I was not welcome or something. She replied that she doesn’t say«you’re welcome.» I asked why, and she did not have an answer. Then she said it depended on her mood. So I suppose my business that pays her is not appreciated. Neither is anyone else’s who comes to this particular Boston Market. She may have an unfathomable contempt for her customers, but her pay ought to encourage her to keep that to herself.

Went to this place one evening really jonsing a chicken carver sandwich. They were out of chicken. Like a bar saying you are out of booze. THISISWHATYOUAREINBUSINESSFOR!!! I used too like be this place, now it just seems streamlined downwards and a little depressing. I’ll go there when I want to think of the olden days, but that might be once every two years…

Love Boston Market Use too go to the one in Ronkonkoma all the time. For $ 10 you get a ¼ chicken of white meat and 2 sides and a drink. How can you possibly beat that. As far as fast food goes I would say it is definitely the best and also the most healthy. The store is big with plenty of seating and the staff is very friendly. I basically get the same thing chicken mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. The food is totally delicious. I highly recommend Boston Market when ever you are in the area.

Honestly, I was just blown away by my experience here. The friendly lady behind the counter welcomed us warmly, got us our food quickly, and then the manager(?) came and took our plates to our table for us and was so friendly! Then, a guy came around while we were eating and offered us wet wipes. To be honest, this $ 8/person meal at what is basically a fast food restaurant had equally as good service as the $ 55/person dinner I had at a fancy restaurant last night. Incredible. Great job, Hicksville Boston Market!

Not quite sure why someone added this business since it already existed but I got the first tip, so I guess that’s not the worst thing in the new year! Getting«my» creamed spinach to bring to dinner tonight :)

Cold, old & dried out veggies. Small portions! Are these chickens or Cornish game hens? Only thing somewhat tasty were the garlic spinach & sweet potato sides. No wonder I don’t come here often. It’s gotten worse! We’ve Decided to not return. We gave them a second chance.

It’s your standard Boston Market, reowned for the roatissarie chicken. I like the dispensed iced tea selection and how they use real plates at silverware for dining in. Although last time I went it seems they were behind on wash because everything was served on the regular plastic takeout.

I came here for lunch with the bf today, as we haven’t been here before, and it’s close by my house and office. Bf ordered a chicken carver sandwich combo for $ 5, and he was really surprised at how small the sandwich was. He said it was tasty though. I got the chicken pot pie, and it was so much saltier than I remember it. The pastry on the top was nice and flaky though, and the chicken was cooked well. The cornbread was a little too sweet for mine or my bf’s tastes. 2.5 stars, rounded up to 3.
