I have been coming to Hollywood Glamour for a year and i love it! There are precise, clean and professional. I especially love doing laser with Amrita. She is very caring and always knows what she is doing. I recommend this place to everyone!

My experience was amazing. Em was great. I saw immediate results withThe Hydro Oxygen Facial and Marie and Em were super friendly. I did not experience anything close to what others wrote about in their reviews. I bought a package of four treatments and some products. I am very happy and look forward to my next appointment.

One of the BEST places i’ve been to!!! I frequently come to get my facials and hair done. Everyone is sooooooooooo professional and kind. Once i’m in, i never want to leave!!! They offer me such delicious tea and i never say noo! I leave feeling sooooo rejuvenated and fresh. This way i can conquer the rest of my endeavors feeling great about myself! Great environment, great people, great service! What else could a client as for!!!

Just had two facials with Hollywood Glamour Day Resort and couldn’t be happier. I’ve had facials in NYC and top salons and I am very happy with Hollywood Glamour. The staff is professional and the salon is clean and relaxing. I even had my husband go in for a facial today just for the relaxing experience. I’ve been using the products and everyone at work has noticed how my skin is glowing. I’m very happy with their services and recommended products. I would highly recommend the salon. Can’t beat the value, convenience and the service.

I found it to be the worst possible facial and I’ve had many in my life and this was the worst.
They lied about their expertise and lack any knowledge.
I would not be surprise if there is no license.

The people are extremely rude and make you feel like they are doing you a favor even though you’re paying them!

what an absolutely horrible establishment.
if i could leave 0 or even negative stars you bet i would.
i had bought a groupon for 6 treatments of laser hair removal a
few months ago for this «resort». the place is very small, nothing what a resort
or spa would look like, let alone a «mini» one. i filled out my one sheet of
paperwork that i had needed to fill out to start my first session and the receptionist
took me into a room, of course someone is dealing with a machine that could ultimately burn my skin so i was going to ask questions. the girl, sara, had told me
she found the job on craigs list and to «not worry» because she had done it «a few
times». i shit you not. i still went along with it and gave it a shot.
through the session i did not feel comfortable at all in her hands and when
i made the second appointment i booked it with someone else. a girl named bebo
did the second and third laser session whom i liked, and felt more comfortable with.
when i had to cancel my fourth appointment due to a medical emergency, i called
back that week to reschedule, no reply. left a message, no reply. i called back
a second time and the girl, sara, answered and told me that bebo was out due to
surgery and that she’d «text» her to call me and reschedule an appointment.
mind you, anyone that knows anything about laser hair removal knows that if you don;t keep up with the appointments back to back, it will be as if you are starting over and the hair will grow back. by this time, my hair was growing back as i’m repeatedly calling back trying to reschedule and getting nothing. i had three sessions left but why would it be fair to go through with them if it would be like the first three and then my hair would grow back again? after calling multiple times for weeks i decide to go in, and sara, is at the desk.
at this point i’m demanding to speak to a manager, who is NEVER there. after about an hour of complaining, which i had every right to, to get my money back, and speaking to bebo on the phone (who confirmed that she was not in surgery the dates the receptionist sara told me to), and also speaking to the general manager, or owner, who tells me repeatedly that i’m the wrong one and that all of her employees are «professional» (i’m sorry if you know anything about owning your own business you should want to keep your clientel happy).
all in all, i was treated like shit there, and they refused to give me any of my money back. basically,
DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT, MY LEGS WERE BURNT TWICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NON CERTIFIED STAFF
