They will hold your clothes hostage BEWARE! If I can give them zero stars I would. I went to pick up items and they refused to release hundreds of dollars worth of tailored items until I pay a $ 115 «outstanding bill.» I proceeded to tell the owner my family had been a customer for 15 years and we never not paid the bill. In fact, we had a house account with the credit card stored. The bill was paid in cash months to take advantage of the 5% discount months before and they wanted me to show them a receipt of the cash payment (again, from months before). In the end I had no choice but to double pay to have my clothing released.
These people have horrible accounting and cannot keep track of what you give them. I had an instance where they misplaced a very expensive sweater and told me they didn’t have it. After months of trying to find it myself and me nagging them they finally found it. Horrible customer service, prices and owners. And very discourteous.

New Tailor. Ignore previous reviews about the tailor who was terrible. Will reserve judgement on new tailors until i use.

If you have to get patches sewn on a military uniform do not come here, take the extra time to find a place that does a lot of uniforms it will save you time and money. After explaining to the tailor for about a half hour how to sew on the patches to my uniform I returned two weeks later when he said they should be done and they were sewn incorrectly. Luckily they fixed the situation and it’s acceptable but still not what I explained to the tailor in the first place. If you have customers that need to explain what they need done and it’s a detailed item they should have taken better notes and have a staff who understands English a bit better.

I don’t need dry cleaning that often, but clothes come out great! They are my go-​to place for alterations or anything I need fixed. Their tailors are very detail-​oriented and do a neat & impeccable job! I don’t let any other place alter the length of my pants or repair my delicate clothes if they need fixing. It’s worth the wait… That’s the only downside, they’re turn-​around time is a little slow…
