Very poor service. I specifically asked if they would scrub my steps as it was full of algae. When I got home that wasn’t done and I received a note that they broke my filter. They also used the wrong chlorine for my liner type pool. There was so much chlorine in the pool that I had to go to the doctor for a rash. I did follow their instructions and wait 24 hours. The worse part… they showed up at my house the next week after I had told them that I wanted to try just one cleaning first. Of course there could have been a miss communication, but you would think since we were unhappy with the first week they would try to say something like…“Next week we make sure the steps are scrub and that we don’t put as much chlorine” They also claimed that I would get a picture of the pool via email and an online account set-​up to pay my bill — this never happened. Disappointed in their service and their customer service…
