The big chill has a great selection of flavors and toppings. I was very surprised the first time I came in here, it’s nice to have such a great selection in a little town. What compelled me to write a review was the exceptional customer service we received tonight, the staff was very warm and friendly. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work guys

After seeing the reviews I thought this would be a good spot to go. The flavors were standard for a frozen yogurt spot. About 6 – 8 flavors. The toppings were standard too except the fruit toppings which looked to be the jarred kind. Every other frozen yogurt place I’ve been too has fresh fruit. The yogurt doesn’t hold it’s cold long. 5 mins later I had a puddle of soupy mess.

Summers in Lake County are hot and dry and heading to The Big Chill is very appealing. They are located in the shopping area of Hidden Valley Lake, so a bit off my regular routes. The yogurt is tasty and there are enough topping choices to satisfy most people. Seating inside with a TV (where I watched the opening ceremonies of the summer Olympics) and a few tables outside too. There are a couple of coffee shops and a Hardester’s Market nearby so you can get a lot done on your yogurt run.

A local favorite spot! Seems like they never close. New flavors all the time. Huge selection of toppings. Military is treated like the gems they are. Owners are big supports of every local cause… Hop you’ll give The Big Chill a try :-}

Went here last night, and I must say I’m glad to have a place to go and get Frozen Yogurt in my own backyard. Clean fun, awesome toppings if the kids had more access to Unilocal reviews I would say this place would have over a 100 5 star reviews! Love it here! Plus ten percent off for Military, respect for the troops makes me want to continue being a Patron at this fine establishment.

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating available. Unfortunately, the only toppings I like to get are fresh fruits. The only ones they had seemed to be canned or jarred (think preservative-​laden in syrups). Otherwise, they do have a lot of other different toppings, like nuts, candies, chocolates, and syrups. Decent flavors of yogurt as well. Wish they had plain tart.
