ordered furniture thru ‘elite interiors’ on the east coast that uses ‘west express’ to deliver.
they ‘sub contract’ their deliveries so far to a company named ‘a & o’ delivery who are a joke!– constant excuses for non-​delivery and rescheduling! typical hillbilly attitude! their mamas and papas getting into accidents and… long story short, ‘no delivery’!!! — what’s the point of scheduling with these clowns!!!
they decide to show when they show and if you’re not there and do not turn around your life for when they do decide to show then you won’t get your stuff!!!

After reading some of the reviews was very worried on the delivery and assembly of an entertainment center we ordered. TJ and his partner were very professional and friendly. they did a splendid job in communication, Delivery and clean up. I would definitely recommend TJ and his team. Thanks Guys.

Was suppose to get a delivery on a wednesday got a call on Wendsday truck broke down and it would be thursday never a call so called they said friday morning friday morning i called they said after lunch They never came still trying to get my furniture They are the worst i have ever dealt with

I was very impressed with my experience. The communication was great and timely. I have dealt with many, many bad delivery companies over the years. Company was professional and delivery/​setup guys were efficient and courteous.

Terrible service. They are anything but professionals. The lady was extremely rude in the phone, and suggested I can place the Christmas dinner on the floor, since they won’t deliver my dinning room set in time for the holidays. I wish I was face to face with her when she said that. I am not sure why they are hired by companies to deliver. They bring shame to other companies that are choosing them for delivery. I wish I could give them stars in minus.

I was wary that my furniture would come damaged beyond repair or would have issues with shipping after reading reviews. I was emailed less than 3 weeks after I ordered furniture from Coleman furniture. I was given a date with a time between 3 – 7. The delivery guys were 2 hours late because of traffic. The 2 delivery guys arrived, unpacked my 2 heavy couches. The furniture was packed very well. I was shocked to see there was no damage to my furniture at all. They guys had the furniture set up in less than 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised the shipping process went an smoothly as it did. Thanks Alpha Omega for making my experience a good one.

I was also wary after reading some poor reviews, but I had a very positive experience with this company. I was notified what day my furniture would be delivered about a week prior to delivery. This day worked for me, so I had no need to contact the office. The driver notified me when he was about 40 minutes away. Two men unloaded and set up two curio cabinets, including putting the glass shelves in. They were professional and friendly. The furniture was in perfect condition. They picked up the packing material and left.

Where the hell do I begin? Can we start off with being able to give ZERO STARS!!! This «delivery company» scheduled a delivery day with a guaranteed 4 hour window. I took unpaid time off of work to wait for this unethical delivery company that does not call to advise you that they aren’t showing up or to let you know if they need to reschedule … After spending over 3 grand on furniture that never arrived, and with a company that doesn’t give you delivery options, basically a «take it or leave it attitude «I will be contacting consumer affairs first thing weekday morning. YOU HAVE BEEN CLEARLY WARNED!
P. S. I don’t know where the five star rating comes from when you have the rest of the ratings being a one star.

I was concerned reading the handful of poor reviews, but my experience was on the opposite side of the scale. They called the week prior and laid out the delivery process. I actually called them on the delivery date and they posted me on the expected time. They arrived in line with the estimate, were very polite, and worked efficiently to bring the furniture in and set it up. No trash was left behind.

I ordered furniture Sept. 2^nd. Not only has it not arrived by Oct. 2^nd, but the company refuses to take my calls and they have told me multiple times that they are delivering the furniture but have not showed up on scheduled delivery days.
I’m turning them in to the BBB.
P. S. I ordered from COLEMAN FURNITURE. If this is the 3^rd party delivery service used by the business that you make your orders from, I’d look for my product elsewhere.

This company is a disaster! We ordered the product in June. It came available in July. We couldn’t accept delivery on the first date because the floors were being refinished. Their next delivery run was 1 month later. They called an gave us a date/​time. The driver went to a similar address miles away, didn’t return my calls for an update, overheated his truck and then drove back to NC and quit! There is no contact for problems on the weekend so there was no way to find out what was going on.
About a week later, after complaints to the vendor, A&O called with another date. Again the driver kept us informed, but he didn’t deliver until the NEXT DAY. Far from being «white glove», they had no assembly instructions, in adequate tools, and couldn’t get the product together correctly! There must be a real shortage of delivery companies out of High Point! This group is awful and pathetic! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This sad excuse for a delivery company DROPPED MY FURNITURE. It took them a long time to confess to doing this, so my furniture needed to be replaced and thus became very late.
The next time that I got an appointment for them to re-​deliver (a month later), the DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE DELIVERY!
SO, AFTER TWO MONTHS, I DO NOT HAVE MY FURNITURE.
The company is rude and barely apologetic. They can’t be reached on weekends, and say they don’t like to be «badgered.»
I am so utterly annoyed and disgusted with them that I am considering not purchasing furniture from the furniture company that hires them.
Companies: Do NOT hire this sloppy unprofessional company!!! it will make your customers very unhappy!!!

So much of your experience with home deliveries depend on the truck driver. The first set of drivers were terrible. They said that they could not find the house, did not pay attention to directions sent to them, did not try to call me to tell me they were lost, and finally called when they had left and said they were taking the furniture back to High Point. They were only a half mile from the house!!! Second driver was great. Delivered on time, called an hour before arrival, came on a holiday weekend to make up for mishap the week before. Owner of company called to apologize and figure out what had gone wrong.

They tell you the day your item is to be delivered. Ok. I inform them unavailable and get the third degree as to why? I’m sorry, none of your business and I inform them Sundays are out, no can do, choose another day please. I get a call back weeks later informing me that my delivery date is on a Sunday and the guy argues with me about how the schedulers know what they are doing, so I mention then there was a failure to inform the schedulers to not schedule a delivery on a Sunday? He says they know, so I ask then why did they schedule on a day they knew was not going to work? Get this; the guy continues to defend his and the schedulers errors… really!?! Just own up, confess, so we can move forward, forgiveness is just around the corner holier-​than-​though.
Anyway, Sister speaks with the guy and he continues to be rude and unprofessional, do as I say attitude, for which my Sister will not stand for and yes she and him had a misunderstanding about type of truck delivery, but I just spoke to him and yes surprise (not so much) he was rude. He asked me how I was doing and I stated depends on what you have for me and he gets offended, sorry bud, you forget who the paying customer is… get some tact, clean up your mess learn a new attitude.
Here is to praying to the Alpha & Omega Home Delivery that my product is delivered undamaged because that will be a battle I will not be so nice about… I DO NOT RECOMMEND using companies whom use this company… very bad experience and it may not be over any time soon… stay tuned…
