I’ve been here a few times over the years. They’re always polite, professional, and helpful. I never feel pressured to get more than I need and my options are explained to me. My fiancé’s military discount really helped. Thanks Joe V. For your help today.

There’s no better place to buy tires. Great customer service and prices. I’ve done business with them for years, and have never been disappointed.

These guys saved us today, had a flat at 430pm got there at 450. They close at 5… These guys replaced my tire for me anyway, making them stay late. We are in town visiting and would of needed to drive back to VA on a spare if they hadn’t gone ahead and took care of us anyway

Outstanding! My first time here but they treated me like a repeat customer.
My old tires were worn out too early (needed to be replaced at half the rated miles). Even though I didn’t buy the worn tires at Discount Tire, they gave me a very generous credit per tire which lowered my invoice by $ 228!
Rotations and balancing for life and a very reasonable hazard policy which covers road hazards, nails, etc.
In and out with four new tires in less than an hour. Great sales woman (Bri?) and super fast service. Thank you!

Horrible service. I waited 2 hours for 2 tires. They need more help but are too cheap to pay them

Love these guys! Had a screw in a tire and expected to have to have a repair or new tire but they took it out with no damage to the tire. Then they rotated the tires. ALL for FREE. Great service and friendly professional staff.

I purchased a set of tires from this location. Everything was fine with the purchase. Its a clean store with nice seating and they move the cars in and out rather quickly so not too much of a wait. The guy discounted the replacement warranty generously so I would buy it since I really didnt want it, that was nice. I felt that they accommodated my needs during the purchase. The tires were mounted on custom powdercoated rims that I had brought in to have tires mounted on and put on the car.
This would have been a 5 star review BUT,
When I returned for my included «free lifetime rotation and balance», they kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
When the guy, who I’m pretty sure was the assistant manager, handed me the keys to my car when it was finished I immediately noticed that the adhesive strip and foam backing from the old stick on weights were still on my wheels. To elaborate these are black custom rims and the adhesive strip is about three inches of white foam stickiness that is left behind when the old weights are removed. Clearly visible and clearly looking awful. When I asked the guy if he had anything to remove it he looked at me bewildered. I asked if removal was not part of the service, to which he said «no its not» rather rudely. I was really dumbfounded that I was getting grief for something that should have been done no questions asked. I held my ground and he grabbed a tech and she removed it from each wheel. I couldn’t help feeling that I was putting them out or something. To me this is part of the service. It took maybe 5 minutes to remove with a rag and some cleaner and it would’ve only taken 30 seconds per wheel had the guy who balanced the wheels removed the old adhesive completely when he put the new weights on.
All in all I just want a place that gets the job done right without cutting corners. If you re cutting corners on basic stuff, what else are you cutting corners on? I will buy tires again from discount tire, I will just be vigilant during the service and it will probably be at another location.

These people are excellent! It was near close of business and I’d just come from a highway accident with a spare tire on. Even though it was about closing time, the guys here took care of me right away. I got a new tire and back on my road trip in no time. They literally saved my whole weekend from ruin! I’ve never had a problem with Discount Tire, and this particular location’s customer service quality is through the roof.

I’d have to say that I don’t know much about cars. What I do know is customer service and business ethics. Now, I understand that up selling is an important thing in many types of businesses. But these guys don’t push it. They know what they are talking about which is a good thing because I don’t. They were all very nice and had good customer service.
I have one issue. There were several signs inside where customers could see that said when employees are in the garage area that they must have on eye protection at all times. When I looked, 1 out of 7 people back there working had the protective eye gear actually on their eyes. Why is this important to a customer? It’s important because they had the glasses on their heads if on them at all; they were cutting corners on the glasses rule that was clearly posted. I, as a customer, see that they should be doing something and aren’t. I wonder what else they should be doing that they aren’t. Overall I’ll come back again. Just something to keep in mind I guess.
