visited yesterday as the sign signaled hot donuts, was the last behind a very long line but I didn’t mind the wait. customer service could be a LOT better, upon ordering the cashier/order-taker was playing around with another employee as she was counting the change. a few seconds passed by, and she wasn’t sure the amount of change she needed to give back. I told her, to which she responded, «oh yeah!» suddenly the power went off. that prolonged the process as she started giggling and having a fit about how scared she was. sooner or later she handed me back the change, without a «thank you,» «have a good day» or anything. I’m a little disappointed with this.

Staff seems a bit confused. Senior couple in front of me placed separate orders. The senior lady placed the same order with two different employees. Then there was the employee who decides to serve her friends before those of us waiting for the seniors to «unconfuse» the employees. Maybe the drive thru has better service.

I know in this day and age folks tend to support local businesses even if they aren’t as good and tasty as national chains. This is one place I feel has an inferior PLAIN glazed donut. Yes, PLAIN ol’ donut. They have many different flavors, fillings and toppings, some seasonal and some on the menu all year but it’s the«Original Glazed» that is PERFECION to me. When the Hot & Now sign is illuminated I can get into some serious trouble here. The hot donuts will literally melt away in your mouth… I can eat 6 in one sitting which is why I ONLY come here about twice a year. Enjoy!

The only place I’ll go for doughnuts. It is a must when the hot light is on. You can walk inside and watch your original glazed doughnuts being made. They also host nice promotions and really encourage fund raising for different organizations.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are so soft and puffy. I really prefer this type of doughnut over cake doughnuts. I’m especially tempted to stop for a doughnut when that red«hot now» sign is lit up. Other than the original glaze, which is by far the overall best, my close second favorite doughnut from Krispy Kreme is the chocolate iced custard filled doughnut. The custard is like a creamy vanilla pudding. The service at this location isn’t horrible… but also not the most friendly that I’ve experienced. The employees don’t really say very much and just seem indifferent.

My friend had a strange craving for doughnuts so we ended up at this Krispy Kreme. The service was pretty unfriendly and cold. Didn’t have any complaints about the original glazed, as per usual. They use the perfect amount of glaze and the the cake was not stale. The pumpkin spice cake was a little dry and was more spice than pumpkin

While on a road trip, it happened that we were in the general vicinity, and what do you know — it was national doughnut day(make sure you spell that right, with«dough», not just with«do»). Luckily, this location was nearby, so we scored our ‘nuts. Hmm. Not sure that’s the appropriate abbreviation. Anyway. The location is decent enough, and the store is nice enough, but the staff could really use a bit of re-training — though I probably can’t fault them, what with a bunch of freeloaders like myself coming in and asking for free food and then leaving without spending any money. The doughnuts themselves? Top notch, as always.
